Description

Students will have an action plan for dealing with their emotional storms by learning how to recognize the warning signs and symptoms they experience when getting frustrated. Have each student work independently filling out the worksheet provided to reinforce the lesson from Stephie McCumbee's storybook Priscilla & the Perfect Storm. Extend the learning with more activities from Priscilla & the Perfect Storm Activity Guide!

This exercise is recommended for grades 2-5. The activity may be altered to allow students in K-1 to enjoy as well!

Materials needed:
