Description

The more people focus on the positive things happening in their lives, the more zest they will have. All students should be encouraged to find ways to look at their world through a positive lens. In this activity from ZEST: Live It! Activity Guide, students will have to show self-control and perseverance by working independently with focus. Have students create a booklet that will serve as a place to record 10 great things that happen to them each day. They will be encouraged to ask for help and to control the impulse of lying.

This exercise is recommended for grades 4-12.
